Mobile services
From Wiki
As companies' employees become digital nomads, what kinds of expectations will users have of their mobile services? Mobility offers unparalleled convenience when combined with rapid access to the tools and data needed in the workplace. Mobile services are more than just communication enhancements like access to e-mail. Making services mobile in many cases adds enormous value and significant efficiencies to the core business itself. However, technology choices can become even more challenging in the rapidly evolving mobile application space.
In this session, we’ll talk about how IT organizations today manage through the struggle of mobile technology needs. We will discuss how mobile technology can complicate or impact security, application functionality, and critical systems. Economics play a key role in deciding a mobile services strategy as well. We’ll dive into current trends, approaches and share some success stories in the session as well.
